We mow all common Sydney lawn varieties: buffalo (Sir Walter, Palmetto, Sapphire), kikuyu, couch, and zoysia. For a standard 200-400 sqm block, a regular fortnightly mow is $85-$110 including mow, edge along all hard surfaces and garden beds, and blow-down. Small lawns under 200 sqm start at $75.
Sydney's climate means most lawns need mowing every two weeks from September through April, with kikuyu in particular growing aggressively through January and February. In winter, buffalo and couch slow significantly and can go three to four weeks between mows. We adjust the schedule with you seasonally.

Both. A one-off mow is priced at approximately 30% above the regular fortnightly rate for the same lawn size. There is no obligation to commit to ongoing service. Most customers start with a one-off and then move onto a regular plan once they are happy with the work.
