Fibre cement (fibro) roofs: we don’t wash them. Older fibro sheets can contain asbestos, and pressure washing can spread it across your property and your neighbours’.

Washing a tiled single-storey roof of up to 80 m² costs $430, and 80-120 m² costs $850 (prices as of October 2026). Metal roofs cost 15% less and two-storey houses +35% more. We confirm safe access before every roof job.
How it’s worked out: A set price for each size band of roof area, measured on the map, adjusted for the roof material and storeys, or $150 per hour of work on site if that’s more. Minimum visit charge $75.
