A pre-sale garden refresh is a single all-in visit covering everything that improves how a property presents in photos and at inspection. For most standard Sydney properties, the visit takes 2-4 hours and covers the following:
We work directly with agents managing vendor preparation. If you have multiple properties coming up, call rather than booking online — we can often accommodate short-notice bookings and will work around your open home schedule.
We provide before-and-after photos for every job, which can be used in vendor reporting or marketing material. All work is completed by the same person each time, so quality is consistent across your portfolio.
We will not tell you the garden will look like the listing photos if it does not have the bones to support it. If a lawn is dead or heavily patched, a mow will not fix it. If shrubs are overgrown beyond shaping, trimming alone may not be enough.
We will tell you this honestly before we start, and suggest what is actually achievable within your timeline. We would rather under-promise and over-deliver than the reverse.
A pre-sale refresh (mow, hedge trim, garden bed tidy and a mulch top-up) costs $640 for a small, kept-up property and $2,575 for a large property that has been let go (prices as of October 2026). It’s priced as a one-off visit from what you draw on the map, so you only pay for what your property has.
How it’s worked out: The same prices as each service booked on its own, as a one-off visit, with one call-out for the whole visit. Minimum visit charge $75.

We will be honest with you about this. A mow and edge will make a tired lawn look its best, but it will not fix dead patches, yellowing from drought, or significant weed invasion. If the lawn needs turf laying or renovation, we will tell you that before we book and can refer you to a turf specialist. The goal is for the property to look genuinely good, not just technically tidied.
