When you book a service or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address. We collect this to schedule and confirm your service.
This website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that does not track individual users and does not require a cookie consent banner. No personal data is sent to Ahrefs.
Your contact details are used only to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your service booking. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. We may send a follow-up SMS or email after your visit requesting a Google review. You can opt out of these messages by replying STOP.
Bookings are processed through Acuity Scheduling. Payment deposits are processed through Stripe. Both services have their own privacy policies. We do not store your card details.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@housecallmowing.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
