A 20% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit is charged via Stripe at the time of booking. The balance is invoiced after service completion. One-off bookings under $200 may not require a deposit at our discretion.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled visit forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or equipment failure, with full deposit refund or rescheduling at your preference.
We will carry out the work described in your booking. If on-site conditions significantly differ from those described at booking (for example, an overgrown lawn not disclosed as such), we may adjust the price or scope before starting work. We will tell you before we begin, not after.
Chemical weed spraying, tree work above 2 m requiring climbing or specialist equipment, structural landscaping, irrigation installation, or any work requiring council permits. Booking a service does not obligate us to carry out work outside our stated scope.
We carry public liability insurance to $20 million. Any claims for property damage must be raised within 48 hours of the service visit with photographic evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to irrigation systems not identified before work began, or outcomes attributable to the existing condition of the lawn or garden.
